These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and win111 as the platform operator. Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on win111. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended or closed without prior notice. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. win111 will never request your password via email, phone, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our support team immediately.
Account Suspension & Closure
Win111 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if there is evidence of fraud, use of false information, breach of terms, suspicious activity, or any action that is harmful to the platform or other users. Valid account balances will be returned upon completion of the investigation, subject to the prevailing withdrawal policy.
User Responsibilities & Rules of Conduct
Win111 users agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the platform:
- Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any other technical means to access or manipulate the platform unfairly.
- Sharing your account or login credentials with any other party, including family members.
- Depositing funds into a win111 account using money obtained through illegal means.
- Spreading false information, harassing other users, or acting in any way that damages the reputation of the platform.
- Attempting to exploit technical bugs, system vulnerabilities, or odds errors for unauthorised gain.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, including unwarranted chargeback manipulation.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account termination, balance freezing, and potential legal action depending on the severity of the breach.
Payments, Deposits & MYR Transactions
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the win111 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, FPX (online banking), and manual bank transfer. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are subject to change without prior notice.
Fund Withdrawals
Users may request a withdrawal to a bank account or e-wallet registered with their win111 account. First-time withdrawal requests require identity verification through a straightforward KYC process. win111 reserves the right to hold withdrawal requests for up to 5 business days for security review purposes if necessary. No fees are charged for standard withdrawals, though certain methods may have minimum limits.
Transaction Disputes
If you notice any discrepancies in your account transaction records, please contact win111's support team within 14 days of the transaction date. After this period, transactions will be considered confirmed and cannot be disputed except under exceptional circumstances with supporting evidence.
